Turnaround time

We aim to make all orders within 6 weeks of purchase. Sometimes it can take a little longer - we run our business from home juggling our time between the sewing machines and two young children! Due to covid and lockdown, please be patient if we go over our turnaround.

If you need something in a rush, then please get in touch. We'll always try to accommodate requests for rush orders as best as we can.

 

Delivery times
All items are posted with the Royal Mail via First Class Signed For postage. For deliveries within the UK, your order should be with you in 1-2 business days from the date we send it.

If you're in a rush and would like your order to be sent by guaranteed next day delivery, then please get in touch. We can arrange for the additional postage costs to be paid and your order sent out for the next day.

 

Returns

All items are made to order, so please get in touch if you'd like to return something. We're not able to refund or exchange customised or personlised items (unless they're faulty), so please check the size and spelling before placing your order.

Returns must be made within 14 days. Postage costs won't be refunded, and you'll need to cover return postage costs. Where agreed, refunds will be processed once we receive the items in an unused, new condition.

Please get in touch as soon as possible if you have any queries or concerns with your order once you receive it - refunds or returns won't be accepted if an item has been washed, worn or without tags.

We can't accept responsibility for general wear and tear or fading to fabrics, so please take a look at our care tips for information on how to make the most of your new clothes.

 

Something missing?

If an item goes missing once it's been posted, we have to wait the recommended time as advised by the Royal Mail before we can ship a replacement. We'll keep in touch with you each step of the way if this happens.

 

Worldwide shipping

We're based in the UK, but we ship worldwide. All items are posted with the Royal Mail via International Tracked delivery. This can take 5-7 business days to arrive in the country of destination after shipping. Due to brexit and covid, we’ve currently suspended international deliveries. 

Tracking information can be provided upon request. We can't be held responsible for any delays caused by customs or postage handling.
